Parent Proud Workshop
Saturday 23rd May · Helensvale · Limited spots
Parent Proud
Move from reactive parenting to responses you’ll both feel proud of.
You already love your kids with everything you have. This workshop gives you the research-backed knowledge and real strategies to match that love with confidence — so you can parent with pride, not just hope.
Saturday, 23rd May · 9:30am – 12:30pm
Atlas Therapy and Coaching, Helensvale
✦ Workbook, coffee & transformation included
Imagine this being your new normal…
You’re in the middle of a big moment — a meltdown, a boundary being tested, a child in tears and instead of spiralling or snapping, you know exactly what to do. You respond. Calmly. Confidently. And it works.
You’re holding a limit with your child and actually keeping it with warmth, without caving, and without the guilt spiral afterwards. You watch your child navigate something hard and think, we’ve got this. We’re actually doing this.
No more second-guessing every reaction. No more 2am doom-scrolling wondering if you’ve somehow got it wrong. Just clarity, real tools, and that deep-down pride of knowing you’re raising a good human — on purpose.
That’s exactly what Parent Proud is designed to give you
What got you here won’t always get you where you want to go
You’re not failing. You’re a loving, thoughtful parent doing your absolute best. But you know there’s more — and instinct and love alone don’t always give you the answers when things get hard.
You’ve bookmarked the articles. You’ve started a podcast somewhere around episode three and lost it. You’ve Googled things at midnight and felt more overwhelmed than before. The information is out there, but pulling it together into something you can actually use, in the middle of real life with real kids? That’s a completely different thing.
This isn’t about trying harder. It’s about having the right knowledge and someone who can translate the research into language that works at 6pm on a Tuesday when everything is chaos.
What you’ll walk away with
- Why your child behaves the way they do.
- Research-backed strategies you can use straight away.
- How to set loving boundaries that actually hold.
- How to raise emotionally resilient children.
- Confidence that you’re on the right track and reassurance that your responses are helping your child thrive.
✦ Suited for parents of children aged 1–11. Workbook, coffee and 3 hours of transformation included.
This is for you if…
- You love your kids fiercely and want to fell more confident in how you respond
- You want to parent differently to how you were raised — but aren’t always sure how
- You’re tired of second-guessing yourself after hard moments
- You want practical support without spending hours reading or researching
- You want to raise emotionally resilient, connected children
- You’re looking for guidance that feels supportive, realistic, and genuinely helpful

If you’ve ever found yourself lying awake replaying a hard moment, wondering if you handled it the right way — this is for you.
Parent Proud is intentionally kept small so there’s space for real conversation, honest reflection, and the questions you actually need answered. It’s not a lecture. It’s a room where you don’t have to have it all together.
Parenting doesn’t need to feel this overwhelming, lonely, or uncertain.
This is an in-person experience and places are limited.
If you’ve been waiting until you feel “ready” — this is the moment to stop second-guessing yourself and start understanding your child, and yourself, more deeply.
Your questions answered
Is this just another parenting lecture?
Not even a little. This is hands-on, practical and interactive workshop.
I’ve already done Triple P or Circle of Security — is this different?
Yes. While both are great starting points, Parent Proud works on understanding the behaviour and responding the ‘why’ behind it. We take the principles of connection and behaviour and bring them together in a practical, hands-on workshop format.
I haven’t read any parenting books — will I be lost?
This workshop is designed for exactly you. No background reading required. Just bring your honest questions and your heart.
What ages is this relevant for?
The strategies and tools covered are relevant for children aged 1–11. The principles of connection, boundaries and emotional resilience apply right across those years.
Can I use my NDIS Funding?
No. Parent Proud is not an NDIS-funded event. Tickets are purchased directly at the general admission or VIP price.
What’s the difference between General and VIP?
Both get the full 3-hour workshop experience. VIP adds your Attachment Style Quiz before the day, a guaranteed answer to your personal parenting question, and a 30-minute group Zoom follow-up within 2 weeks.
Is this worth it?
You’d spend more on a weekend brunch and forget it by Monday. This is 3 hours that could change the way you show up for your child — for the rest of their childhood. That’s worth it.
What is your cancellation/transfer policy?
Full refund up to 14 days before. No refund within 14 days, but your ticket is transferable.
This is your moment.
You already love your kids more than words. Now let’s give you the knowledge to match that love with the confidence it deserves.
